Joseph grew up near Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from Park University, he moved to Colorado, where he later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Joseph previously worked for firms in Breckenridge and Frisco, before joining Jolein A. Harro, P.C. in 2016.
While Joseph primarily concentrates on family law, he has represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters, and also some criminal. Additionally, Joseph frequently speaks and writes on constitutional issues. He is a co-author of a law review article published by the Saint Louis University Law Journal entitled, "The Federal Circuits' Second Amendment Doctrines." And his other work has appeared in such places as The Washington Times, The Federalist Society Blog, The Daily Signal, and The Daily Journal.
In his free time, Joseph loves spending time with his family, reading, and being outdoors.
